Burn out prevention course.

We are going through a period of transition filled with people suffering from depression, anxiety, fear,
traumas and other forms of mental illness.

This is a a 4-week course in mastering your emotions, a burnout prevention course. During this course we dig into the science of Kundalini Yoga and the science of Neuropsychology and trauma treatment to design a course that will help you take care of yourself, to bring your mind to crystal clear state, improve your focus and attention, to keep our bodies great and to make our presence happy and bright.
During this course we are going to transform stagnant energy into vibrant force of energy, vitality and inspiration. We are going to do physical exercises and stretching, breathing healing exercises, meditation chanting, music to transform and stabilize our emotions.
This will be an incredible experience; it is not just a yoga class but a transformational course.
