I am a professional with over 30 years of experience as a psychologist, a yoga teacher, and an intuitive healer. My expertise extents across multiple areas, and I bring a holistic approach to my work, integrating mind, body, and spirit. As a psychologist, I help many individuals to overcome challenges and improve their mental health. As a Yoga teacher, I share my knowledge and help others cultivate a physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. And as an intuitive healer, I have a unique ability to tap into the client’s energy and facilitate healing on a deeper level.
My life has dramatically changed in 2018 when I discovered specifically the science of kundalini yoga. Suddenly I felt the need to merge more of the science of psychology, the science of Somatic kundalini Yoga and meditation together to create more holistic therapeutic approach.
Our office Psychologen Praktijk Wedervoort, at Cornelis Dirksweg1, is a sacred space for healing others. I do individual therapy; EMDR trauma therapy, Cognitive Behavioral, movement therapy, I teach kundalini yoga, breathing, mindfulness and conduct workshop where I empower others to live their most authentic life.
